This beginner-friendly course is designed to help you build the strength, alignment, and awareness needed to safely explore going upside down — one step at a time.
Over 10 weeks, we’ll work from the ground up: strengthening wrists and core, developing balance, and gradually moving from wall-supported to freestanding handstands.
