A 4-week Vinyasa Yoga Foundation Course designed for beginners and anyone who feels confused or overwhelmed in flow classes. This course breaks down vinyasa step by step covering poses, transitions, breath, alignment, and modifications so you can move safely, confidently, and with ease. Taught by Xiao Jing, Agnes, Natasha, and Sweili, each week focuses on a different foundation, from understanding breath-led movement to making smooth, calm transitions. Perfect if you’re new to vinyasa, want clearer guidance, or simply want to enjoy yoga without pressure.
