Day 01 – Building the Foundation
Our first day is all about laying the groundwork. Using the wall, floor, and props, we’ll enhance body awareness and develop the proprioception skills essential for balance in handstands.
Fizzy will provide step-by-step guidance, personalized feedback, and encouragement to help refine your technique. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with a solid foundation and the confidence to continue building your handstand journey.

Day 02 – Exploring Shapes & Progressions
On the second day, we dive deeper into the art of handstands by exploring leg shapes, transitions, and the progression toward press work. Each step will be tailored to the abilities of our participants, ensuring the practice is accessible yet challenging.
Fizzy will create a playful and supportive space where learning feels fun. Expect laughter, breakthroughs, and plenty of joy as we push boundaries, embrace new skills, and discover the excitement of defying gravity.

Day 03 – Flow, Endurance & Expression
Our final day brings everything together into flow and creativity. Building on the awareness and progressions from the first two days, we’ll explore dynamic entries, endurance drills, and seamless transitions.
Fizzy will encourage you to discover your unique handstand style, blending structure with playful exploration. By the end, you’ll feel empowered, inspired, and ready to move with greater freedom and confidence, celebrating not just the skill, but the art of handstands.
